CONCEPT
The specific, distinctive design of Un Jour Ailleurs stores provides a unique shopping experience for your customers.
STORE
Selling space must cover a 100 to 130 m² surface area and windows should be 6 to 8 m wide. Premises must have a back storage area of around 25 m².
LOCATION
Our stores are situated in prime locations in shopping centres or city-centre trading areas in a high-quality competitive environment. Un Jour Ailleurs will help you to decide if the locations you have previously chosen in your local area correspond to the brand's selection criteria. We can also suggest other locations. The catchment area should cover at least 50,000 people.
COST TO OPEN A FRANCHISE
Investment budgets must cover the following items: initial preparation (market surveys, registration of the company and Memorandum and Articles of Association, legal and notary fees, etc.), lease costs, staff recruitment, architectural plans and compliance of premises with the store concept.
TRAINING
New franchisees attend a two-week practical training course at one of our stores. A merchandising and window dressing team will provide support prior to the store opening.
SUPPORT
A representative will make regular visits to assist you with merchandising, window displays, business administration and team management. If you wish, she can also take part in staff recruitment.
